For a fashion designer with no formal fashion training or education, the designs of ex-professional boxer Arashi Yanagawa pack a punch. Showing under his label John Lawrence Sullivan (the name of one of the most famous boxer of our times), his spring-summer 2013 collections takes inspiration from the Teutonic Bauhaus movement. A collection constructed around shirts, perfecto jackets, pleated trousers and shorts, and tailored suits, the colour palette runs from vermillion to mustard and greys and blacks.
